Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Our minimum order is $99.
Q: How do I setup an account?
A: You can fill out the form here or call us at 213-683-8883.
Q: What kind of steel are the jewelrys made out of?
A: We use 316L surgical grade stainless steel unless otherwise specified.
Q: What kind of materials are used in the dangle belly/navel rings?
A: The shaft or the parts that goes through the skin are 316L surgical grade stainless steel.
The dangles or other accessories are rhodium plated over brass or copper.
Q: How to measure body jewelry?
A: Please click here for a simple diagram.
Q: What is recommended for fresh piercing?
A: The plain stainless steel jewelry is recommended. However, if the person is allergic to nickel,
the solid titanium jewelry is highly recommended.
Q: Why are packages randomly pre-packed?
A: It saves the process time and your headache on picking different color, size, style, etc etc...
When we say "randomly pre-packed", you can expect to receive the best variety from our inventory.
Q: The description said packages are "randomly pre-packed". Can I still pick my own color/size/style ?
A: Please contact us for your special needs. We'll try our best to accommodate your request.
99% of our customers are very pleased with our Pre-packed packages.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Box?
A: No, we do not ship to PO Box.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: No. Sales tax is only applied to California residents WITHOUT a valid California Seller's Permit.
Q: I have a valid California Seller's Permit number, why am I being charged sales tax?
A: Unfortunately, our shopping cart cannot process and verify Seller's Permit number.
Please include the number in the "Customer Note" section on the Checkout page and we will
credit the sales tax back to your credit card or Paypal account after the seller's permit is verify.
Q: What is CVV?
It is a security code for each credit card. You can find that number from the picture below.
Q: How to track my package?
A: After you placed the order, you'll be given a UPS tracking number in 48 business hours. Go to www.ups.com for the most update status.

Shipping and Handling
The following is our flat rate shipping fee:

All other countries outside of USA: USPS Global Express (4 to 7 business days) --> $50.00

Address Correction is $11.00. In the event that the package needs to deliver to a different address during transit, a $11 handling fee will be charged or the package will return to us.

APM reserves the right to adjust shipping fee if the package is 5lb or more.
All orders with Ground shipping will be processed within 48 business hours.
Orders that is shipped by UPS Next Air, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS 3 Days will be processed the same day if we received your order before 1PM PST. Please remember, UPS cut off time is 3:30pm PST.
International orders will be processed within 48 business hours. We reserve the right to request a fax of your valid photo identification card and a copy of the front and back of your credit card.
Orders placed on Friday after 1pm will be shipped on the following Monday. UPS do not delivery on the weekend.
Note: During our peak season, some orders may be processed the following business day.
If you paid by Paypal, we can only ship to your Paypal Confirmed Address.
To track your package, please go to www.ups.com for the most update status. A tracking number will be sent to you through email.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. No exceptions.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We accept exchanges on DEFECTIVE items within 14 days. Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) before you return any items. We will charge a $25 restocking fee or will NOT process any return WITHOUT a RMA#. In case we cannot replace an item, store credit will be issued (less shipping and handling fees). Sorry No Refund. No exceptions. ALL SALES FINAL.
